How the below pricing and information works.
Pricing is all separated out so that you can tailor menus, ceremony timings, wedding dates etc to suit your ideas.
Deposit.
This payment secures your preferred wedding date at Orlando Country.
+ Ceremony Fee.
You select the timing that is going to best suit you and your guests allowing the venue to be exclusively yours for up to 30 minutes prior to your chosen ceremony time.
+ Reception Venue Hire.
This pricing varies and is subject to the time of year you wish to have your wedding at Orlando Country, with exclusive use for the duration of your wedding.
+ Menu & Refreshments.
Orlando Country offers a selection of menu and refreshment options, with dietary requirements met as requested.

The Orlando Chapel.
The beautiful Orlando Chapel includes optional outdoor courtyard seating, for all season ceremonies.
Seats: 120 guests (additional room for standing guests)

The Chapel Courtyard.
This newly created space out by the 9th green, backing off the chapel is a lovely sheltered area for an outdoor ceremony at Orlando Country. With wooden pews and tree lined framing, this spot has been a favourite since completion. The bride also has the option of walking through the chapel with the dramatic entrance of the large wooden doors opening to the guests.

Wedding Ceremony Pricing:
An Orlando Chapel or Chapel Courtyard 4pm Ceremony with guests arriving at Orlando Country from 3.30pm onwards
All Ceremony pricing is based on a 4:00pm Orlando Chapel or Chapel Courtyard ceremony with guests welcome to arrive at the venue from 3:30pm onwards and your ceremony commencing at 4:00pm.
Orlando Country wedding ceremonies are priced in accordance with you having both your ceremony and reception onsite.
Alternative Ceremony Timings.
Subject to availability, you can alter your ceremony time to suit as per below pricing options.
*Please note the venue is completely closed for 1.5 hours prior to your confirmed ceremony time, so please ensure you let us know well in advance should you wish to book an earlier time than 4:00pm so we can shut off any bookings for the requested period.
Your ceremony pricing is fixed from the date your deposit is received based on the above 4:00pm timings unless otherwise requested
(please note that an alternative ceremony time and agreed pricing would need to be noted at the time of you confirming your wedding with us, as otherwise pricing is referred back to current website prices and not fixed).

The following alternative ceremony times may be reserved in advance if available.
Please let us know as early as possible so we can ensure no other bookings are taken at this time.
Note: all ceremony confirmations are by default, based on a ‘4:00pm ceremony’ unless you request in writing an alternative option as per below

Wedding Reception ‘Venue Hire’ Pricing.
Our reception venue hire offers exclusive use of the Orlando Lake House for your wedding reception from 5:30pm or immediately following an Orlando Chapel ceremony should this be added to your day.

Minimum Requirements.
Weddings during November and December require a minimum charge of 100 guests to avoid an increased venue hire for Friday, Saturday & Sunday events if available.
Friday and Saturday weddings during January through April require a minimum spend if less than 50 guests.
Sunday - Thursday weddings during January through October do not require a minimum spend / numbers
Non-refundable deposit required to secure your date.
To confirm your wedding date, we require a deposit of $1000.
This deposit is offset / credited back to your final amount owing for your wedding, providing your wedding is hosted at Orlando Country.

FAQs and Terms & Conditions

An invoice will be issued prior to your wedding for advance payment and we can discuss options with you. Please note that credit card payments incur a 1.9% admin fee to cover our costs.

All venue hire options include exclusive use from around 5:30pm or for weddings that include an onsite ceremony we do have various price and timing options for private use.

Yes, majority of weddings run a bar tab of some kind - please let us know in advance & we can set this up for you.

Yes. A wedding ceremony is a separate event to a reception and includes everything from set-up to rehearsals. Wedding ceremonies also require the closure of our venue to the public.

You are welcome to add flowers and personal decoration to the chapel, but the pre-set décor must remain generally as is for all events to ensure minimal disturbance of furniture, plinths, carpets etc.

We like to allow for 45 minutes to 1hour from the time the property is closed to the public to re-set the venue. Please let us know if guests will be arriving earlier and we will make arrangements accordingly. If we are required to close the venue earlier this may incur additional costs.

Weddings at Orlando Country Club finish at 11:30pm to ensure our obligations of a fully vacated Country Club by no later than midnight.

After your ceremony and during photos, drinks and canapés, guests are welcome to hit a few driving range balls, play petanque or giant jenga on the veranda.
