Orlando Country Christmas - 2025

In 1999 the first event Orlando Country ever hosted was a Christmas function celebration at the Estate. Every year since then, during November and December Orlando Country has been the place to celebrate your end of year successes, team accomplishments or just an excuse to get together before the New Year hits.

With driving range activities, exceptional cuisine and an unbeatable Christmas atmosphere, Orlando Country really is the destination venue for guests.

Below are the 2025 event options for your business or group to choose from, whether you’re a team of 4 or 200.

Available through November until lunchtime on December 24th 2025.

Friday & Saturday Evening Events.

Friday & Saturdays - from 5.30pm - 10.15pm

 
 

Platinum Evening Event.

This Platinum Event is the sole package available for Friday & Saturday evenings throughout November & December. This is due to the popularity of these days.

Minimum charged number of guests if you wish to book a room out to yourselves, otherwise this space is shared between businesses, but with driving range bays and set exclusive tables.
Treat your clients or employees to the ultimate festive evening – a fully hosted event featuring access to the driving range, delicious canapés, and a specially curated four course Christmas dinner.

The Event:

  • Finish your year in style with an amazing Orlando Christmas event

  • Arrive to beautiful pre-dinner canapes, unlimited golf balls and a range competition hosted by the Orlando team especially designed for all guests to participate with instant prizes.

  • Head inside to a next level Christmas four course dinner menu, designed by Head Chef Kieran Gleeson and his team, featuring the very best of New Zealand beef, lamb, and South Island Salmon along with some amazing produce sourced locally.

  • After dinner there is tea and coffee or gather on the veranda for our “lucky draw” orange ball competition with a chance to win again.

  • All guests who enter the pre-dinner competitions also go in the Orlando Country Christmas draw with a chance to win one of two HONEST WOLF - WEEKENDER BAGS valued at $599.00
    or one of two RUANUI STATION LAMBS WOOL THROWS valued at $290.00.
    (Names are drawn on the 23rd of December or after our final Christmas event from names entered on the Orlando Christmas Functions driving range competitions).


    Refreshments are     not included but can be tabbed to your account on consumption, or cash bar is available.

Wednesday & Thursday Evening Events.

Wednesday & Thursday - from 5.30pm - 10.15pm

 

Orlando Evening Event.

This Orlando Event is the sole package available for Wednesday & Thursday evenings throughout November & December.

Minimum charged number of guests if you wish to book a room out to yourselves, otherwise this space is shared between businesses, but with driving range bays and set exclusive tables.
A fully hosted evening event, offering the ultimate evening out for your clients or employees w/ driving range and 3 course dinner including canapés designed for Christmas.

The Event

  • Start your evening socialising on the Orlando veranda, with drinks and canapes along with your very own golf driving range bay, unlimited golf balls and a friendly pre-dinner competition designed for all guests and hosted by the Orlando team, with great instant prizes.

  • Your package also includes a three-course dinner menu, especially designed for Christmas, with a first course of canapés passed to guests on the veranda followed by a seated main course and full dessert with tea and coffee to finish

  • Head back out to the driving range after dinner for our final “lucky draw” orange ball competition with a chance to win the nights prize.

  • All guests who enter the pre-dinner competitions also go in the Orlando Country Christmas draw with a chance to win one of two HONEST WOLF - WEEKENDER BAGS valued at $599.00

Any day of the week - from 11.30am - 3pm

 

Lake House Day Event.

This Lake House Day Event is the sole package available for weekdays throughout November & December.

Minimum charged number of guests if you wish to book a room out to yourselves, otherwise this space is shared between businesses, but with driving range bays and set exclusive tables.
A fully hosted day event, with driving range bays and unlimited golf balls!
Includes a 3 course Christmas Lunch including breads which are passed to guests on the veranda.

The Event​

  • Socialise on the lake house veranda with your very own golf range bay, unlimited golf balls and a friendly competition suited to all guests hosted by the Orlando team, with great instant prizes.

  • Your package includes an Orlando 3 course lunch including a full dessert followed by tea and coffee, before heading back to the driving range for our final “lucky draw” orange ball competition with a chance to win again.

  • All guests who enter the pre-dinner competitions also go in the Orlando Country Christmas draw with a chance to win one of two HONEST WOLF - WEEKENDER BAGS valued at $599.00
