Platinum Christmas Time Day Event 2024.

$132.00 + gst per person - 2024

  • A four course lunch menu, designed for Christmas, including first course canapés on the veranda during drinks and driving range.

  • Veranda access and your very own bay area* for your business or group with set golf mat/s. * (with groups under 13 this would be a shared space).

  • Unlimited driving range balls to hit from the range along with free golf clubs for the duration of your event. (excludes while you are seated for lunch)

  • Access to the ‘Orlando Christmas Driving Range Competition’ - the winner of your group gets to hit the Orange Ball with the chance to win a prize!

  • Lawn games available to your group (weather dependant) with the likes of croquet, corn hole and giant jenga.

  • Tea and filter coffee will be available and served after your dessert.


    Refreshments are     not included but can be tabbed to your account on consumption, or cash bar is available.

Driving Range.

Loads of golf balls, ensuring everyone can give it a go and be part of the ‘Orlando Christmas Driving Range Competition’ - because everyone loves a challenge!

Go head to head with your colleagues in the orange golf ball competition with Orlando staff hosting. Or you can just casually hit balls without the added pressure of competing.

4 Course Lunch.

Canapés, entree, main, dessert and tea / coffee will all be served on the day.
Your business will be fully hosted and looked after with Orlando chefs creating a festive Christmas lunch for every guest.

How the day works.

11:30am arrival
Welcome to your Orlando Country Christmas Event! On arrival guests are welcome to order a drink from the bar then head out onto the veranda to mingle and hit some golf balls! You have unlimited golf balls to hit off - so your entire group can have a turn on the range and all have a chance to enter the competition for the ‘orange ball’.
First course canapés are served soon after arrival and we will also run the Christmas driving range competition for all guests, with the winner up for a prize and we invite your competition winner to take their orange ball shot!

12.45pm
All guests will be invited inside for the remaining three dinner courses themed with a hint of Christmas, beginning with an Orlando entrée followed by main, dessert and tea & coffee with a dainty Christmas treat to finish

 
2.00pm
Guests are welcome to head back out on the veranda and onto the range with a tea/coffee or a drink. 

3.00pm conclusion
Your Christmas event comes to an end and all guests depart Orlando Country by 3.00pm. (please have transport arranged for your guests departure no later than 3.15pm).

Please Note.

Regarding dietary requirements:
Orlando Country are more than happy to accomodate any allergy and dietary requirements, 
please let us know what these are prior to your event to ensure our chefs are able to prepare and order produce.
There will be an additional charge for large alterations to menus as these are priced as a set menu,
any additional dietary requirement meals if available on the evening will be charged for on the final invoice. Dietary meals that guests wish to alter from the standard menu on the night will also be charged at full price on the final invoice.

Produce price: 
Please note prices are subject to change without notice due to produce price increase and menus are subject to change w/ seasons & availability. However, we will do our best to avoid this by altering produce.

 Christmas Event Terms & FAQ’s

  • No sorry we do not accept split payments on the day for your group, all tickets are pre purchased at time of confirmation via one invoice with additional tickets available subject to availability. All bar tab payments are either pre-paid or via one payment for your booking on the day/night.

  • No food or alcohol is to be brought onto any area of the property without the express permission of management. This includes anywhere within the entire property owned by Orlando Country & includes all access ways, carpark’s & the golf course - To protect our license, your group will be requested to leave the property if this does occur.

  • This option is available in some instances, with minimum requirements and depending on other bookings for the day.
    Please enquire if you require exclusive use of a room.

  • We don’t offer transport but do have contacts that will ensure the safe departure of your guests, so please contact us in advance should you require this.
