Events Room.
Conferences, seminars, auctions or more, the events room is a versatile space for your next event. Many seating styles available, from boardroom & U-shape to cabaret. Suitable for 10 - 220 guests.
The Pavilion.
This building is specifically designed with small conferences in mind. The Pavilion is stand alone with views overlooking the golf course. Suitable for 2 - 20 guests in a boardroom or u-shape style.

Orlando Country offers different options for your team meeting, seminar or conference with hourly, 1/2 day and full day options including an ‘all day, all inclusive’ package.
Designed to make team sessions and meetings as simple as possible just add your requirements from food to driving range breakout options and we will quickly get back with pricing and availability.
Whether you are wanting a casual team catch-up for an hour or so, or a formal full day meeting with AV presentation equipment, we have it covered in our meeting room options.
Add a seated café style lunch or share “working lunch” platters on the driving range with plenty of menus to choose from.

Our sessions allow you to add a driving range bay to your day with unlimited golf balls and access for breakouts during your meeting.
The Pavilion
The Pavilion Room offers a clean, modern look with white walls and bold black steel details. One end features three comfortable sofas and coffee table, while the other wall is left blank, perfect for presentations or visuals. Automatic blinds provide privacy when needed and the large glass sliding doors open to a private lawn and verandah, with views of the lake and 9th green.
The room also includes a built-in kitchenette and bathroom.
The Events Room
Orlando Country hosts numerous conferences throughout the week in our private function rooms. The main function room features black sliding doors that section you off from the rest of the building, providing added privacy and a quiet atmosphere. The events room is a large, open space with high ceilings supported by trusses, making it perfect for auctions, seminars, presentations, awards evenings or AGMs. It is a spacious area ideal for staging, equipped with extra projector screens, presenter panels, and sound system booths. This room also overlooks the first golf course tee and has large glass doors that open directly onto the driving range and veranda, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor experience.

Choose from a seated café style lunch menu or for a more casual style you can order from the sharing platter menu,
where several platters are ordered for guests to share (usually 1 per person for a full lunch)
Both of the above are suitable for dining in a range bay while hitting golf balls or in your room.

Choose from the above an option that you think best suits your requirements from hourly rates through to the all day “set package”
Then add your approx. requirements to the below enquiry form plus any notes.
For the “1/2 day” or “flexi sessions” you can add a café or working lunch, pre-order morning or afternoon teas, plus you can also add breakout access to a driving range bay
@ $10per person which includes unlimited golf balls and clubs
If you choose the “all day session” then all morning / afternoon teas, lunch and unlimited driving range balls are all included in the price package.
If you require pre-meeting set-up or pack down access then add this in to your enquiry.

If you are wanting to have Morning / afternoon teas lunch and driving range bays as a breakout then yes it is heavily discounted compared to individually ordering each option. Note you can try each option in the enquiry form as will give an overall price indication for you.
